Gresham Palace
Many hotels call themselves a palace without deserving this name – but not the Gresham. The building, built in 1906, is a jewel of Art Nouveau both inside and out. Many details, such as the Zsolany ceramics and the lead grass window by Miksa Róth, are originals. The rest were lovingly restored in 2004 when the palace underwent an impressive renovation. The Gresham meets all the requirements of a five-star hotel and has a modern fitness and wellness center. The 179 rooms and suites are decorated with beautiful Art Nouveau details.

Hotel Gellért

River cruiser hotel Fortuna
This cruise ship on the Danube is definitely an accommodation that will be remembered. Now it
is permanently anchored in Pest opposite Margaret Island. Until it was reborn as a hotel, the Fortuna cruised on the Danube as a holiday ship for the Hungarian trade unions until 1992 when it was taken out of service. The 30 rooms are good value for money. The higher they are, the more expensive they are.

Kulturinnov
The Kulturinnov is one of the few Budapest hotels from socialist times that are still in operation. The rooms are a bit colorless, but sufficiently comfortable, and the location near the Matthias Church in Buda is unbeatable – just like the surreal feeling of staying in a hotel like in the Cold War. The service, on the other hand, is extremely modern and courteous.
